1.Are you a factory or only a trade company?

– We are one direct sock manufacturing company with 26 years’experience; We can provide both global OEM and B2M customization service; Now we also have several brands of our owns, aiming at serving more and more global consumers.

2. What is your MOQ?

– Our regular MOQ is usually 200 pairs /style/color/size.
However, for the trial order, we can also accept lower MOQ based on real needs.

3. Can you customize socks according to my own designs ?if so , what information do you need to start ?

– Yes, we can customize socks according to our customer’s designs and requirements. We need the following information to start :
1).Your designs with clear pattern and color code from Pantone or other color book.
2). Detailed size spec. with measurement way.
3). Material request 
4). Quantity

5). Logo or pattern process request.
5). Packing details

4. Can I get samples from you for free?

– Yes, we can offer free sample if we have the same socks you need. If you need us to customize new socks for you, we will charge $50-$100 from you based on the raw material cost. The sample charge will be deducted if you place official orders to us. You should always pay for the shipping charge of the samples. We have special discount from the currier companies like DHL, UPS and FEDEX. So the shipping cost will not be very high

5. What’s your sample lead time and production lead time?

– Normally we need 3-7 days to make samples if the raw material you requested is available in stock. If no material in stock, we will need to buy new yarns and the timing will be decided by the yarn purchasing period. 
Our regular production lead time is 30-45 days after PP sample confirmation.

6. What’s your payment term?

– Our regular payment term is T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. We can also accept L/C at sight and D/P.

Besides, you can also pay with PayPal, Credit card and International Alipay.

7. What’s your packing way ?

– If you don’t have special packing request ,normally we will pack 1 pair into a polybag and then put all socks into the carton together, the carton size depend on your order quantity ,most of our carton is 61cm*52cm*27cm or 60cm*40cm*27cm.

8. What’s the shipping fee ?

– The shipping fee depends on the quantity and the actual packing cartoon size. We can help you to check the suitable shipping fee if the quantity is confirmed.
