A2: Submit design(you) > submit quotation(me) > confirm to order and pay mould cost (you) > Create artwork (me)
> Approval (you) > full payment or a half payment(you) > Production + Shipping after full payment (me)
Q3: Can I get a product sample?
A3: Yes, of course. We will make sample after you paid mould cost. And we will take picture for your check.
If you need physical sample, we will send you by freight collect.
Q4: I’d like to know the specific delivery process.
A4: We will provide you tracking number at the time of shipping. It could be following on internet.
Q5: I need some very urgent, how fast you can produce it?
A6: For most items, it will need only 4-7 days when in a rush. Depending on your item, we will check schedule
